At Go Running, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase for items ordered at https://gorunning.club.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be in the same condition that you received it.

It must be unworn or unused.

It must have all original tags attached.

It must be in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@gorunning.club.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still be in its original condition (unworn, with tags, and in original packaging).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: It can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Fees: Please note that shipping and membership fees are non-refundable.
